My wife and I were first-time home buyers. We chose Andrew and Impact Real Estate because of the commitment to hands-on customer service and their expertise in our local area. All I can say is WOW! Andrew did not disappoint. Andrew was able to arrange showings in a very timely manner, usually same-day - always accommodating our whims. Andrew was always available to answer our (many) questions and worked in close contact with our mortgage processor to ensure seamless and real-time updates. We submitted multiple repair requests as part of our offer and Andrew was able to successfully negotiate every single item, saving us thousands of $$$. After closing, we had an issue with our seller taking trees out of the yard upon move-out (which were understood to be included in the home sale). Andrew immediately contacted the listing agent and remedied the issue in two weeks. Andrew literally came to our house and REPLANTED the missing trees. Andrew is an excellent realtor. He truly went above and beyond to make a deal for us and get us in the home we wanted. This is not an easy task when there are 18+ plus offers on a house. Andrew's best skill is communication. Every call and text was answered immediately. If Andrew didn't have an immediate answer for us he typically got back to us the same day. We didn't look at too many houses however, every house we did visit, he was always prepared and knowledgeable on the home. Additionally, Andrew was also able to refer us to a mortgage broker/lender who got us an extremely low interest rate and saved us tens of thousands of dollars in interest. Brandy and George are the best realty we have ever had. They have guided us successfully through two home sales and one purchase.
