From there, Shara went on to become an SFR® certified real estate agent, she is a SIG Graduate, as well as ranked in the TOP 500 agents in Riverside and San Bernardino counties.  Shara is also well-versed in down payment assistance programs and has had massive success in helping buyers purchase homes with little to no money out-of-pocket.
