I could write a book about how incredible Shishana Hogg is...as an agent and as a human. If you're reading this, unsure if she's the right agent to represent you...trust me and all the other amazing reviews, give her a call! Not only will you have an agent who always has your back, who is honest, always available, hilarious, and very knowledgeable, but you will probably end up with a new friend at the end of your journey. Shishana was very patient with me, she kept me smiling, optimistic and stress-free throughout the entire process. She managed to get us the BEST deal for our first home with no money down! Shishana went above and beyond what was required more times than I can list. She provided comps to support how we should rehab the property and expert suggestions. The information she provided was pivotal in deciding whether or not to invest the time and money and fixing up the house. Thanks to her advice I made far more on this sale then I would have otherwise. Additionally, she made sure that all the pieces kept moving and nothing slipped through the cracks. I sold this house while living out of state, so her hands on handling was especially appreciated. She is truly exceptional and a joy to work with!

We moved across country and Shishana was there from moment we decided to move. She assisted us with rental, sight unseen for us, at the same time showing us homes, sending us videos of homes, and showing us homes in person once we arrived. Shishana Quick to respond and helps you find your dream home within your budget. Accommodated my schedule and even helped me with finding a handyman, painter, and tax person! She’s a local with knowledge about your neighborhood, home owners association fees and parking situations. I was from out of state and she got me into my house in 3 weeks. Left a cute welcome package and communicated with previous owner about the missing items that were suppose to be left in the home, per escrow agreements. Escrow handled by Jeremy (also part of her magical team) and he also communicated fast, accurate, honest information. Overall, I experienced an awesome home buying journey. I highly recommend Shishana and her team. I toured Murrieta and Lake Elsinore as well as Menifee. All homes were applicable to my requirements. Organized tours and many items completed electronically.

Shishana is AMAZING!!! She walked me through every step of the process re buying my house in Murrieta, especially the online paperwork and signing. Her response time is within minutes of receiving a text or call. She is a no pressure kind of girl. There were a couple times when I wasn’t sure if I was making the right move, and she assured me that I could change my mind if need be, not a problem. She says this, and it’s the honest truth...she is there to help you create whatever is right for you and your family. Love her...Highly recommend her!!! Buying a house for the 2nd time around was exciting and nerve-racking all at the same time. We were introduced to Shishana by a friend and I’m so thankful every day for that introduction. Shishana is a person who goes above and beyond, she was accommodating to our schedule to go look at homes, was patient, extremely knowledgeable and most importantly helped his feel confident in our decision to buy the home we are soooo happy and thrilled to be in today. Working with Shishana was a dream. She is a friend from high school which actually made me nervous to hire her because what if she wasn't skilled? How could I get out of it? Well, friendship aside, I was so impressed to see the level of professionalism that she displayed. She works in Temecula, but would come down to San Diego (where I live, about 40 min away) in a heartbeat to show me a listing or help with inspection, etc. She made the home buying process seamless and I would completely place my trust in her hands the next time I need a realtor. She provide practical advice when determining our offer and she made herself available to me via text at all hours (though I tried to keep the anxious midnight texts to a minimum). I'm just rambling now, but long story short: She is the best and will never work with anyone else.

My husband and I just bought our first home - with the help of Shishana! I am so thankful that she was our realtor. We had thousands of questions and, even after moving in, Shishana would respond immediately. No matter what I was confused about (the process, escrow, money... ANYTHING) she would get me the answers. Shishana did a great job selling our home. We needed an agent that would be responsive to our needs and timeline and one who made the process simple and convenient. Shishana was all of that and a bag of chips. Selling our home was an anxious process for us, Shishana helped alleviate our anxiety by being on top of every step and solving problems quickly to stay on schedule. In the modern age of busy people, she has integrated the proper technology in her business to be available to her clients at a moments notice. Shishana carefully scheduled showings around our schedule, and respectfully secured our property when she was through. This was my first time buying a house and I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. She was very patient with me and listened carefully to what I wanted. When my offer on the house was accepted, Shishana continuously provided me with updates even if there really wasn't much to pass. My husband and I moved from Florida to California for a new job, and needed to find a new home somewhat quickly. We met Shishana randomly at one of her open houses while we were in town to home shop, and are so thankful we did. Shishana was extremely helpful in helping us find and buy a home, while still living in Florida. She sent us dozens of pictures and walk-through videos of properties we were interested in, and would sometimes do so the same day we asked her to - there was no delay in her follow-through. She is also an expert in the Temecula area, and we felt confident that her opinion of a neighborhood or area of town could be trusted (especially since we were coming from out of state and were not familiar at all). I can't emphasize enough how responsive Shishana is - she answers texts and emails at all hours of the day - we wondered sometimes if she ever sleeps! We look forward to working with Shishana again in the future, when it's time to sell the home that she helped us purchase.
